My parents are overly foreign so they don’t believe in takingme to the doctor’s for such things and I know there are daily vitamins but I don’t know which ones I should be taking that I can buy at my local drug store?

    vitamins

A multivitamin with iron (lack of iron can make you feel weak) and a B-Complex vitamin (Vit. B helps the cells process/release energy better).

    Eat porridge.

I sometimes take Centrum multi-vitamin but I find that even on the days I don’t take vitamins, having porridge & honey for breakfast almost guarantees I won’t feel tired throughout the day.

    And exercising helps too.

maybe or maybe not it can be a problem not related to vitamin deficiency

I would suggest taking a daily multi vitamin and I would also suggest increasing your vitamin c intake. If you take 1000-2000mg of vitamin c along with echinacea it should increase your immune system as well as giving you some added energy. If you begin experiencing diahrrea cut back on the vitc by 500 mg or so. If this doesn’t work I would consider the possibility of CFS( chronic fatigue syndrome). Your doctor can prescribe medicine to counteract the effects of CFS. Also STAY AWAY from energy drinks such as monster or amp, they are full of caffeine and sugar, bad news. They will leave you feeling depleted and tired. Well take care and Good luck!!
