I used to have very thick hair but it’s getting very thin (and I’m only 18 years old) Why do you think this is? What vitamins should I take to get thicker healthier hair?

I am hypothyroid which caused my hair to become very thin. I’m also vegetarian. I take a very good quality Vitamin B supplement and have noticed a marked improvment in my hair growth. Its also very good for your skin.
