Kitty asked:
I’ve heard that prenatal vitamins make hair grow much faster, but is that safe if you’re not pregnant/planning to be? Should I take specific vitamins or just a daily multivitamin? Please help; I just got a horrible haircut. Abstract Reviews |

Vitamins B, C, F, zinc, iron, copper and protein are essential for hair growth. Drinking plenty of water and eating plenty of raw fruits and vegetables is probably the best way to achieving healthy hair.Try for more details.

Biotin and copper, but not TOO much copper. You can buy both at an inexpensive dollar general store. The herbal stuff doesn’t work and don’t waste your money on hyped costly stuff. Good luck, that happened to me too.
OH, research sheep and increasing wool growth. I can’t remember all they use but it really did double my rate of growth just like it does for sheep. I just can’t remember the other minerals they used. Vitamins WON’T help other than hair grows faster if you’re healthy. I experienced what you did 3 years ago!!!

A good multivitamin will encourage quick hair growth. I take “USANA” multivitamins.
