I already take 500mg of Vitamin C, and these Premium Performance vitamins that I think has like vc and iron. What else should I take? I’ve been thinking about taking Fish Oil. And is there a supplement with protein? I always worry about not getting enough. Chicatalk |

take a once daily multi vitamin!

Vitamin C is enough and a good balance diet .

If you eat a good balanced diet you should’nt be taking any vitamins. Our society is so pill happy, I thought I should be taking a multi vitamin I tried and it messed up my whole system. 6 glasses of water each day 25-30 grams of fiber each day…..ect.
