I have alot of flyaway hairs. Drives me crazy. Does anyone know what vitamins or minerals I can take or foods to help my hair?
I’ve used several different hair products but it just makes my hair seem weighed down or greesy. Thanks!

    There are some tablets called Perfectil. They are to get your skin, hair and nails healthy. You can get them from boots and superdrug.
    Holland and Barrett also do their own version.

    You should take them a pill daily, for a month and repeat twice a year!

    You should eat some proteins (meet) too!

    take vit.A tablets and chew daily twice. take vit A &vit E soft capsule break them open and mix the liquid with coconut oil and apply to the hair daily at night for three months continousely and see the results
