Look for a Men’s multivitamin. It will not speed up weight loss but will ensure that you are getting everything you need even if you are restricting calories. Actually it is a good idea to get in the habit of taking a multi every day anyway. I always have more energy and don’t catch colds that are going around when I do this.

Vitamins will not help you to lose weight, it is used as a suppliment while dieting or for general health. If you want to lose weight, you will have to exercise more, eat more healthy and less junk food. Diet pills are sold for dieting but you need to consult your Doctor before taking any kind of drugs.

vitamins b and c help in digestion, alsdo have lots of fibre.

I’m not sure if any multivitamins will actually help you lose weight, but it is very important if you are going to diet that you do take a multivitamin in order to ensure you are getting proper nutrition.
Along with your multivitamin, I would try a supplement of Choline and Inositol. These are natural fat emulsifiers and, if taken alone, may help you lose 2 or 3 pounds, more if you diet and exercise regularly.
However, before taking any vitamins and dieting/exercising, be sure to consult with your physician.

I get my vitamins and minerals and everything else I need through a natural and healthy no diet weight loss plan and a natural and healthy energy drink. I have lost 24 pounds and 2 3/4″ in my waist and I am on day 31 of this plan … There are a lot of options out there but this one was the best for me and I am a 45 year old male

Apple cider vinegar either in tablet form or purchase it in the liquid form, sprinkle the liquid over a salad or mix with water and drink. Take this each day. Two pills or two tablespoons mixed. It acts thermogentically with your body to consum and burn off fat. More importantly, eat at least 3 times a day. A good breakfast, a very filling lunch, a mild supper and at least three hours before bedtime. You also lose weight while you sleep. So weigh yourself in the morning (after your bodily fuctions) and ONLY once a week. Walking is a very good exercise also. Give your self a moderate treat at the end of each week. Take Care
