sczingal asked:
My nails grow fast but are very thin and weak. I’ve been told prenatal vitamins will help (and I did have gorgeous nails when pregnant!) but I would prefer to take only those vitamins that will help my nails. Abstract Reviews |

Vitamin A is the one responsible for your skin, nails and hair, but my advice is to apply local products because large ingestion of vitamins has side effects too. Try to find a cosmetic nail hardener that works for you

A balanced diet works wonders! Also nothing is better than Calcium.
I had the same problem as you do, but I starting increasing my intake of calcium combined with using a product by OPI called “Nail Envy”. They have 3 kinds – a gloss, a matte, and a “sensitive nails” version for people who’s nails peel or break easily. I use the matte with the sensitive nails one.
Try it and give it about 2 weeks – it seems like a long time, but wait until you see the results! You’ll have to trust me on this one – I’m a firefighter and I used to break my nails all the time; now, I have beautiful nails that are strong and healthy and don’t break at the first bend.

Rub vitamin E oil on your nails after you get out of shower… or do the dishes…. basically whenever they get wet…
Try it for a week and you’ll love it. Trust me.
