I get bruised easily. If I accidentally hit the table, I get bruised. Maybe it’s because my skin is sensitive or I’m not eating enough vitamins and minerals. Do I also need to put any cream on my skin to prevent that? Abstract Reviews |

None. Poor circulation is the problem. Do daily aerobics and stretching to get the blood flowing better. To make you more bruise-resistant, do some weightlifting also.

take a multi vitamin with calcium and that should work, also check with a doc to make sure its just a vitamin deficiancy. God Bless ~~

Try vitamin B6 and B12, also take calcium, Iron and Vitamin E. Or really good daily vitamin should help.

Some people tend to bruise easily because the walls of their veins are not at strong as they should be. You can help this by building up the muscles around the veins to protect them.(strength training) Vitamin A and Vitamin K both help to strengthen your veins.

Iron- that is all you need more of. I have the same problem.

I think you should ask a doctor. I always thought is was because you were anemic that you bruised easily.

I don’t use anything because i take really good care of myself.
