i have done lots of reasearch about the herb vitex. it helps normalize your hormones and thus your cycle. also a good prenatal vitamin has a lot of the rest in there that you need like B6 and some natural prenatals have raspberry leaf as well in them.

im not exacly sure but i did hear that if you take prenatal vitamins before getting pregnant that it does help best of luck to you!

My doc put me on prenatal vitamins while we were TTC he said it was to help my body get rdy he aslo said my hubby should be on them too lol….we stopped taken them never got pg they were like horse tablets lol HUGE pills…..but prenatal vitamins is to help the body get rdy to make a baby and i believe there the same thing u take while ur pg! I dont trust anything else but maybe some herbs will work like some kind of tea. GL

Hi There
I have been diagnosed with pcos and am currently under investigation in the fertility clinic and i was advised by them to take the following Vitamins: Folic Acid, Zinc, Selenium and Vitamin C.I guess these are to increase my chances of becoming pregnant and to increase the chances of keeping the baby as with pcos the rate is much higher loosing a baby to healthy people. Also i was told these are good for the babies health and can eliminate some of the common problems to unborn. You can buy all these at boots
