Sofia asked:
I take a basic multivitamin already, but I’m wondering what sorts of vitamins specifically are especially good for vegetarians to take. Any suggestions? Thanks! Abstract Reviews |

B12! The main natural source is meat and animal products (milk and eggs) so if you’re not eating those you NEED B12! I became deficient and was soooo sick (nerve problems) and it took the doctors a long time to figure that one out.
