wow….so many types….why don’t you just take A-Z multi vits…brand name is Centrum…I personally have been taking it and it is good.

In addition to the one’s that you’re talking some other important vitamins that a woman should take for her health every day include Vitamin A because it is effective in relieving PMS, Endometriosis, Fibrocystic ****** Disease and other female related problems. Also, Vitamin D because it’s important to all women in the prevention of osteoporosis.
