vitamins
alice884324 asked:

I know a varied diet is the best. I just wanted to know what the most important vitamins to consume are, and examples of the foods that contain them.
I’m lookin for maybe 3 or 4 bits off food I can live off, without putting any weight on. Like bananas or somethin that can help me get thru the day. I eat stuff when I start feeling sick hungry, but **** the feeling I get after.

sry to say but a diet is bad for u, it could stunn ur growth, if ur fat then work out, but if ur skinny dont worry bout it, ur proably beautiful, dont try to go on a diet.

All vitamins are equally important….that is why they are called “VITA”mins and the word orginates from the root word VITAL. These are all necessary for health and metabolic processes.

Supplements are different….they are not necessary for life but are healthy. For example, Omega-3’s.
