Rogaine is the only thing that will help. If you have the gene for hair loss, no vitamins or food will ever help. Rogaine, will even grow hair back if it hasn’t been too long.

You really should go and see your doctor. Hair loss is a cause of a lack of nutrients but other organs in your body need those nutrients as well. The hair loss is just a sign your lacking. A doctor will have a better idea of what your needs are and may even refer you to a dietician who will be able to tell you exactly what you need in order to get your system balanced and healthy again. Its very important you get that checked out because your organs will show signs as well that won’t be a noticable.

B-vitamins are good for this,as well as a good multi. However if you take the multi do not take additional B-vitamins-you will get too much.If I am not mistaken there is a product called “hair and nails”maybe google taht and see.Green tea is also good for hair loss, and it helped me when I was having this problem.GOD-bless

I would try Nutrilite Complex for hair, skin, and nails. I don’t use this product but take some of their other vitamins and are great. Let me know if you would want anymore info or how to get it.

Take a high dosage of Biotin ((5000 mcg))
Also, look into using a line of shampoo called Nioxin. It won’t make your hair grow or actually make it thicker but it will make you and others perceive it’s thicker. It’s a pricey line but totally worth it. I use it and people say that my hair looks thicker when it’s probably gotten thinner. This is found at speciality hair care stores such as Sally’s, Trade Secret and Master Cuts or you can order it offline. This will help you out until the problem of thinning is fixed
Good luck =]
