eat soem meat. “Supplements” arent necessary with a well rounded diet. That can include meat. You may doubt me, but then i ask you, how come you’re lacking those?

You are going to have to find some meat substitute forms you do like – keep trying them or another steady source high in protein.
Iron is in green leafy foods & dark beans. You can take Iron in supplements.
Just keep in mind the ideal ratio of protein is you need 1 gram of it PER 2.5 lbs you weigh. i.e. if you are 150 lbs you need 60 grams. Don’t have to always meet it – those are USDA guidelines I think. You’ll be healthier if you are attempting to be near this guideline.

I concur with Beavistron. There is a lot of protein and iron in green leafy vegetables.
Also to replace protein you should be eating nuts. Not regular peanuts. Hemp is the best. Almonds. Macadamias, etc. Quinoa is a great substitute. Highest amount of protein for any grain on the planet. You can also use protein powders. Hemp and a brown rice mix are what I use when I need it quick and don’t feel like eating much. I mix the two together. You also have a variety of milks. Hemp milk just came out. Great stuff. You can make your own nut milks too with any nut. Great for protein. You have lots of alternatives out there.
You’re not missing out on anything with the soy. It’s a joke and its great that you’re not saturating your body with that junk.
But to answer your question the best multivitamin is Alive multivitamin hands down. If that’s what you’re going to take use this brand. It’s what I’ve been using for some time.

You dont need vitamins. Eat whole grains, nuts, seeds, beans, veggies, dark leafy greens and you will get what you need.
