I am taking Rasberry Leaf, Folic acid, my normal one a day and vitamin C.
I also drink Dong Qui Tea… But I have PCOS… I’m tring anything….

If you’re good and healty with regular cycles I would take a womans multi-vitamin and prenatals. That will be plenty of everything you need. Good luck.

If you are asking what will aid in TTC nothing that I know of. However it is good to start taking your folic acid supplement as this will decrease your baby’s chances of having spinal bifida. The doctors say this helps most when you take it prior to conception. It is a B Vitamin that you can find at most drug and grocery stores.

Just a prenatal vitamin. I took (and am still taking because I am nursing) Spring Valley prenatals from Walmart. I took them to my obgyn and she said they were good
Whatever you do, make sure that you get enough Folic acid now, because it prevent neural tube defects like spina bifida in the first two weeks of pregnancy. After that small window, the damage is done

You can always start takin Folic Acid close to 1 mg. Also you can take prenatal vitamins to prepare your body in case of pregnancy! good luck!
