Your body doesn’t “instantly” begin absorbing this stuff, it has to pass through a rather acidic environment.

I’m lookin for maybe 3 or 4 bits off food I can live off, without putting any weight on. Like bananas or somethin that can help me get thru the day. I eat stuff when I start feeling sick hungry, but **** the feeling I get after.

I get bruised easily. If I accidentally hit the table, I get bruised. Maybe it’s because my skin is sensitive or I’m not eating enough vitamins and minerals. Do I also need to put any cream on my skin to prevent that?
