I am trying to grow my hair out for my wedding next October. Generally, my hair grows very slowly. It’s a little below my chin right now and I would like to have it well past my shoulders; the sooner the better! I’ve been told prenatal vitamins do the trick, as do multivitamins, but really, does anyone know the best way to go or the most effective brand or type of vitamin to buy? thanks! |
