Stephanie asked:

I want to take prenatal vitamins to make my hair and nails grow faster but I don’t want to make myself more fertile – I REALLY don ‘t want to gt pregnant. Will they make me more fertile?

Ive heard good and bad things about this. Is it true they make your hair(grow and get shinier),nails(longer), skin healthier? Im not pregnant nor plan on getting pregnant. Im only 15. My mom said its okay but that scince the prenatal vitamins they are very potent because they are designed for two people( mom and baby), that i should just take them every other day. Would this be okay? Why or Why not.
Thanks :)

I’ve started taking my prenatal vitamins :-) and I hear that one of the good side effects is that your hair grows (and nails).
How soon after you started taking them did you see your hair growing faster? Or did you not really see a difference at all?
