Whatever asked:

Should vitamins be taken before a meal? Or after? Or does it not matter when you take them?

    vitamins

I tend to take them during the meal but I’m not really sure it matters.

Usually it will say on the label. If it doesn’t then it doesn’t matter.

I eat them before my food so my stomach has a chance to process only that.

  3. Crazed dogs? Says:

After a meal preferably breakfast. You want a full stomach so you don’t get a stomach pain. They also might give you energy and keep you awake so morning is best.

After a meal is better. Vitamins on an empty stomach will pretty much guarantee some upset and aftertaste.

I would say after a meal because any tablet before a meal is not very good for your stomach.I normally take mine just after breakfast.Hope this helps

The body is most absorbent to all nutrients while you sleep! If you can, take the vitamins a half hour b4 you go to sleep at night!

I don’t see the point in vitamins. Just eat what you’re supposed to eat.

I’ve been taking them first thing in the morning, before I have anything in my stomach, and it makes me feel REALLY nauseous. I’d recommend taking with food.
