I just started taking vitamins - a five pack from Costco that includes a Multivitamin, two Calcium Vitamin E, B-50, Asian Ginseng vitamins.

Has anyone ever taken these vitamins and experienced any side effects?

I feel like my appetite has increased and I have gained weight.
