Pet lover asked:

How do you determine which vitamins and supplements are made with good quality ingredients. Does price really matter. There are so many brands out there. I dont know who to trus,t but then i would assume the more expensive ones are really made better.

Although herb supplements are like not regulated by like the FDA the company has to keep to the label description. So-called potencies I don’t think matter. However the so-called milligrams stated gives an indication of the herb’s strength.

For me it’s price. I’ve have had the so-called higher priced and did not see any difference.

I prefer the NOW brands, Nature’s Way.

First there is a chemistry law know as the “law of constant composition.” Vitamin C is Vitamin C is Vitamin C no matter what brand. Another more familiar example is Ibuprofen, AKA Advil or Motrin..
The brand name costs more but the lesser priced, Ibuprofen is the same thing without a lot of other add ons.
It is best to check the content, omit some dyes for color, fillers, sugar, corn starch etc….
Therefore, the more cost is not necessarily the best.

Look for these on the label: “standardized extract”, “pharmaceutical grade”. They are assurances of potency, and quality of manufacturing process.
More expensive does not always mean better. By trial and error I’ve found some labels I happen to trust: Source Naturals, Twinlab, Natrol, Garden of Life, Enzymatic Therapy, Carlson, NaturMade,
Some things, like vitamin C, are so basic any thing should do just fine– I happen to like extended release, buffered vit C.
The multi tablet I take is Source Naturals Life Force. Check out the label– lots of good stuff. I like liquid vitamin Country Life. Liquid is easier to digest if that helps you and it tastes good.
    hope this helps.

I strongly suggest instead of taking vitamin/mineral capsule, you consider instead using superfoods.

Many of these synthetic vitamins are made from disgusting or difficult to assimilate sources that the body can’t use like calcium from oyster shells.

I strongly suggest you go to this site and read the whole page..hopefully, you will see the superiority of this product.

    It is sold at herbdoc.com

One could make it themselves using organic herbs etc. that you buy in the bulk in health food stores or online but the exact proportion in the formula was never revealed but we do know that 50% of it is activated torula (or nutritional yeast) as it is such a powerhouse for the b vitamins. Go to curezone.com and there are also people there selling versions of it cheaper but his is, in my opinion, the best of on the planet..go to herbdoc.com and ready why my herbs are the best that dr schulze, one of the foremost healers of our time who cured every type of incurable illness says.

but first go here and read why superfoods are better than most of the supplements.

Although his might seem expensive, he sells direct to the public and eliminate the various middlemen and this allows him to use the beat possible spirulina, chlorella, herbs etc.

As far as herbs, do not take capsules..they are not well absorbed and often are burned in the powdering.

Instead use an organic or wildcrafted (grown in the wilds, in nature) tincture.

This is a liquid extract. The alcohol (the amount is negligible and safe for alcoholics I read) extracts more of the pytochemicals that prevent and cure disease from the herbs. By using organic instead of conventional herbs, there are 7-10 times more pytochemicals. many manufacturers ship herbs from 3rd world countries where they use DDT and even human ***** to fertilize as they can get the herbs dirt cheap and people pick them for pennies a day…this maximizes the herb makers profits but does not help your health..often they skimp on the herbs to save money..schulze packs his tinctures to the top and the n some with herbs.

The alcohol gets the herb right to your bloodstream and bipasses digestion which is good in you have digestive assimilation problems.

the 2nd best way to take an herb is to use it as a tea..a decoction or an infusion..infusion is pouring boiling water or the tea either loose and strain or in a teaball or tea bag..this is used for soft parts of the plants like leaves, fresh berries, fresh herbs, flowers. Be sure to cover the tea while steeping.

a decoction is a tea but made by boiling the herb for 15 minutes and then staining..this is used for the hard parts of the plants like hard dried berries, roots, bark etc.

I also suggest you look into detoxifying the elimination organs (like the colon, kidney, liver, skin, lungs etc

Good nutrition in and bad toxins out…is the key to health..a good mostly vegan diet is also paramount. Another company who makes herb tinctures I like is herbpharm

More pricey vitamins could mean better quality but not necessarily. Some companies know that people think like that, so they will produce low quality ones for the people looking for a deal, and will produce higher costing ones, for those who think like you do.

Generally speaking, the cheap vitamins are going to be low quality.

You can trust people by learning about the research they do and the effects of the vitamins on people that use it.

For Example. I was using a table vitamin and mineral. it didn’t do much for me and it made my *** cloudy (as most vitamins do). I also hated the pills sitting in my stomach making me feel sick.

A friend gave me a liquid vitamin. No cloudy pee, No pills sitting in my stomach making me feel sick, I actually felt the vitamin working.

I have ADHD. I was able to concentrate, focus, sleep better, and just feel really good.

I heard stories from other people and they all were having phenomenal results also.

I learned about the scientific research the company was doing and it is above and beyond what the other companies were doing.

2 years later, I still get the same results. When I stop taking it, I feel it and have to keep taking it.

    Results are a big factor.

Check out the youtube video for more information about it.
