Tape a picture of vitamins above your alarm clock, or on the door you leave from. Or heck, even on the ceiling above your bed.

What i do is i keep my vitamins on my dresser along with a bottle of water. I pass it on my way out every morning so its hard to forget.

eat healthy foods with natural vitamins. this way. theres no additives like in multivitamin pills.

keep them close to the foods you consume for your first meal , within a few weeks you’ll take them without even having to think about it.

just hang them on the refrigerator .. and I’m sure you’ll be fine … lol

Personal preference do what I do /.The night befor you start your day /Iron your clothes/ set personal things out ,make lunch get coffee ready have breakfast most of all.Your vitamins set out because there important in this fast pace world we live in. After a while you will see it will become natural and you will not be fatique and have energy.

Put the vitamins at the place you visit often/regularly in the morning
