I heard you need to take your prenatal vitamins along with a meal? I always forget to ask my ob. I just take it with food just if its true.

I’m not pregnant nor am I trying to get pregnant. In fact, I’m still a virgin and waiting till’ I get married to have ***. With that being said, I am trying to get my hair and fingernails to grow healthy and beautiful. I have heard that prenatal vitamins are great for this and work wonders for pregnant women. Can I take prenatal vitamins for this or could it be damaging to my body?

I’m 7 weeks pregnant with my 2nd one and with my first pregnancy prenatal vitamins made me sick to my stomach and plus I can’t swallow it that good so my OB prescribed me something to take twice a day instead but he forgot what pills he prescribed me with my last pregnancy so now I’m having trouble taking prenatal vitamins. Is there any other vitamins I can take instead of the prenatal ones.??? PLEASE give me some answers I’m desperate.
